All the tasks from all your jobs, in a single place

Each task with the color of its job. See everything together when you need to know what's next, or focus on a single job when you want to make progress.

How it works

See everything, or just one job

Overview

Tasks from all your jobs in one list, sorted by date and each with its color. At a glance you know what's next.

Focus mode

Pick a job and the rest disappears. Only what belongs to that one, free from the noise of the others.

Capture anything, on the spot

Written

Type it and pick which job it goes to.

By voice

Dictate and turn it into text, or keep it as a voice note.

Meetings

Record and transcribe to notes as you go. Both text and audio are kept.

Your tasks arrive on their own

Connect your tools once. Foco watches them in the background and creates the tasks for you, each with the logo of its source and a link to the original.

Notion Linear GitHub Jira Asana Email

Direct connections

Notion, Linear, GitHub, Jira and Asana. Whatever gets assigned to you there shows up here as a task, with its date and context.

Email capture

Your own Foco address. Forward or CC any email and the AI pulls out the task, the date and who is really asking.

Briefing every morning

What is moving, what is stuck, what others owe you and your next move.

It learns from you: it remembers which job each source belongs to, and anything doubtful waits in Review, never cluttering your list.

Frequently asked questions

What is Foco?

Foco is a task and notes app designed for people juggling several jobs at once. Every task is tagged with the color of its job, so you can see everything together in Overview or zoom in on a single job in Focus mode. It also captures written notes, voice notes and full meeting recordings with transcription.

How is Foco different from Todoist, Things or Notion?

Foco is built around having several jobs at once, not several projects inside one job. The job color runs through every surface — Overview, Focus mode, search results, calendar. Foco also captures audio and transcribes meetings natively, which general task apps don't.

How much does Foco cost?

Foco is free forever with unlimited jobs and tasks. The Foco plan costs €4 a month (or €40 a year) and adds the Calendar view, Google and Outlook calendar connection, sharing jobs and assigning people to tasks. Foco Plus, which adds an AI layer (note-to-task, meeting summaries, ask-your-tasks), costs €20 a month (or €200 a year) and includes 2,000 AI credits per month.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Foco is free forever with unlimited jobs and tasks, List and Kanban views, voice notes and meeting transcription, public task links, saved filters and sync across devices. The €4 plan adds the Calendar view, calendar connection, sharing jobs and assigning people to tasks.

How do the connections with Notion, Linear, GitHub, Jira and Asana work?

With Foco Plus you connect each tool once, in a couple of clicks. Foco checks them in the background and, whenever something is assigned or requested of you, it creates the task with its date, its context and a link to the original item. Every task shows the logo of where it came from, and Foco remembers which job each source belongs to.

Can Foco create tasks from my email?

Yes. With Foco Plus you get your own Foco email address. Forward any email or put it on CC and the AI extracts the task, the date, the priority and who is really asking, even in a forwarded thread. The email text is saved as a note inside the task.

Do I need the AI plan to use voice notes or record meetings?

No. Voice notes and meeting recording with transcription are free. The €20 plan only adds AI features on top, such as summaries, note-to-task and ask-your-tasks.

Which devices does Foco work on?

Foco is available on the web today, so it works on any device with a browser — desktop or phone. Native apps for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows are coming soon, all sharing the same account with instant sync.

Does Foco work offline?

Yes. The app reads and writes locally and syncs in the background, so you can keep using it without an internet connection.

Credits measure AI usage. A light action costs little; a heavy one a bit more. If they run out, AI pauses until next month or you can buy more.
